Symptoms
用户按照以下步骤使用 设置自定义横幅 svc_banner Dell Unity 系列服务命令技术说明（第 6 页和第 7 页）中所述的命令遇到权限错误。
根据文档，建议用户将自定义模板文本文件放在 /home/service directory 尝试这样做时，他们会收到权限被拒绝错误。

/home/service 目录只能由注入 root 的用户访问。Resolution
用户应改用
/home/service/user 服务用户可以访问且不需要 root 的目录。
- 在以下位置创建文本文件
/home/service/user具有本地化内容名称的目录：- 对于英语：en_US.txt
- 白俄罗斯语： be_BY.txt
- 中文：zh_CN.txt
- 要应用这些文件，请以服务用户身份运行以下命令：
svc_banner --put en_US.txt be_BY.txt zh_CN.txt
如果登录到 Unisphere，则注销，然后重新登录。应显示新横幅。
