Symptoms

Tijdens de voorcontrole van de DDOS-upgrade mislukt het proces met het volgende bericht 

"There is a replication initialize in progress, upgrade cannot proceed."
 

Dit gebeurt zelfs wanneer er momenteel geen replicatiecontexten worden geïnitialiseerd.

Cause

Dit probleem is te wijten aan een defect in de logica van de replicatievoorcontrole binnen het DDOS-upgradeproces.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing

Om de fout bij de voorcontrole te omzeilen, raadt het engineeringteam aan de volgende opdracht uit te voeren in de bash-shell:

# ddsh -s se upgrade ignore precheck

 

Resolutie

Dit probleem is opgelost in DDOS versie 8.1.0.0 en hoger. Upgraden naar deze versie of hoger voorkomt de fout tijdens de voorcontrole.
