Cause

Intel 記憶體參考代碼中有一個瑕疵，導致 Uncorrectable Memory Errors 的某些 DIMM 上。

此瑕疵存在於 2025 年 3 月發佈的 2.5.4 之前的 BIOS 版本中。BIOS 2.5.4 包含可解決此問題的更新 Intel 記憶體參考代碼。

Resolution

客戶可升級至包含 BIOS 2.5.4 或更新版本的 DDOS 以解決此問題。BIOS 更新隨附 DDOS 版本， 且可由客戶自行安裝。

建議的 DDOS 版本

  • DDOS 8.4.0.0-1166200
  • DDOS 8.3.1.10-1192561
  • 或任何更新的 DDOS 版本

注意：沒有個別的 BIOS 升級程序。BIOS 更新會在 DDOS 升級期間自動套用。

  1. 確認目前的 DDOS 版本：
    • 跑 CLI 命令： # system show version
    • 使用 CLI 命令檢查系統 BIOS 版本 # enclosure show all
      • 檢查輸出的 裝置 VPD 韌體資訊區段以取得 BIOS 版本，例如：

 硬體 VPD 資訊  

  • 確認 BIOS 版本低於 2.5.4
 
注意：螢幕擷圖範例不受影響，因為它執行的版本比 2.5.4 更高 （即 2.19.1）
