NVP vProxy：FLRマウントが失敗し、「RESTサービスがDDホスト名で無効になっています」

Summary: NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP)仮想マシン(VM)のファイル レベル リストア(FLR)をマウントできません。インスタント アクセス リストアも失敗する可能性があります。エラー ログは、Data Domain上のRESTサービスが無効になっているため、vProxyがData Domainへのログインに失敗したことを返します。

Symptoms

NVP FLRマウント操作またはインスタント リカバリーが次のエラーで失敗します。

リストアの実行中に、このエラー メッセージはNMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)のリカバリー ウィザードに表示されます。これは、リカバリ ログでも確認できます。

FLRの場合:

NetWorkerサーバー:

  • Linuxの場合/nsr/logs/adhoc/nsrvproxy_flr/jobid。丸太
  • Windowsの場合：C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\adhoc\nsrvproxy_flr\jobid.log
vProxy：
  • ジョブはアクティブに実行されています。/opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vflrd/mount-SESSION-ID.log
  • 以前の(完了した)ジョブ: /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vflrd/DATE/mount-SESSION-ID.log
インスタント リカバリーの場合:

NetWorkerサーバー:

  • Linuxの場合/nsr/logs/recover/RECOVER-SESSION-NAME。丸太
  • Windowsの場合：C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover\RECOVER-SESSION-NAME丸太
vProxy：  /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vrecoverd/DATE/InstantRecover-SESSION-ID.log

RESTサービスがData Domainで無効になっています。

FLRまたはインスタント アクセス リカバリー中に、vProxyアプライアンスはData Domainに接続し、Data Domain管理者アカウントで認証します。このプロセスは、FLRおよびインスタント リカバリー手順に必要なNetwork File System (NFS)データストアを作成するために必要です。RESTサービスがData Domainで無効になっている場合、vProxyアプライアンスはDDで認証できず、NFSデータストアの作成に失敗します。

Resolution

  1. Data DomainでSSHセッションを開き、sysadminとしてログインします。
  2. Webサービスを有効にします。 adminaccess enable web-service
  3. Webサービスが有効と表示されていることを確認します。 adminaccess show
  4. VMリカバリーの実行
