Symptoms

Quando gli utenti eseguono il comando "isi services -a/-l" per elencare i servizi in esecuzione nel cluster, ricevono il seguente errore:

Cluster-2# isi services -a
Available Services:
lwmsg_call_dispatch failed: 16

 

Cause

Ciò è dovuto al fatto che il processo mcp non è in esecuzione nel cluster.

 

Resolution

  1. Verificare se il processo MCP è in esecuzione sul cluster o meno

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
Cluster-2#

  2. Avviare il processo mcp sul cluster

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s isi_mcp
Cluster-2#

  3. Verifica del processo mcp

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
