Symptoms

ユーザーがコマンド「isi services -a/-l」を実行してクラスターで実行されているサービスを一覧表示すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Cluster-2# isi services -a
Available Services:
lwmsg_call_dispatch failed: 16

 

Cause

これは、クラスターでmcpプロセスが実行されていないためです。

 

Resolution

  1. mcpプロセスがクラスターで実行されているかどうかを確認します

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
Cluster-2#

  2. クラスターでmcpプロセスを開始します

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s isi_mcp
Cluster-2#

  3. mcpプロセスを確認します

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
