Symptoms

Wanneer gebruikers de opdracht "isi services -a/-l" uitvoeren om de services weer te geven die op het cluster worden uitgevoerd, krijgen ze de onderstaande fout:

Cluster-2# isi services -a
Available Services:
lwmsg_call_dispatch failed: 16

 

Cause

Dit komt doordat het MCP-proces niet wordt uitgevoerd op het cluster.

 

Resolution

  1. Controleer of het MCP-proces op het cluster wordt uitgevoerd of niet

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep

  2. Start het MCP-proces op het cluster

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s isi_mcp
Cluster-2#

  3. Controleer het MCP-proces

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
