Symptoms

Когда пользователи выполняют команду «isi services -a/-l» для вывода списка служб, работающих в кластере, они получают следующую ошибку:

Cluster-2# isi services -a
Available Services:
lwmsg_call_dispatch failed: 16

 

Cause

Это происходит из-за того, что процесс mcp не выполняется в кластере.

 

Resolution

  1. Проверьте, выполняется ли процесс mcp в кластере

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep

  2. Запустите процесс mcp в кластере

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s isi_mcp
Cluster-2#

  3. Проверка процесса mcp

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
