Symptoms

当用户运行命令“isi services -a/-l”以列出群集上运行的服务时，他们会收到以下错误：

Cluster-2# isi services -a
Available Services:
lwmsg_call_dispatch failed: 16

 

Cause

这是因为群集上未运行 mcp 进程。

 

Resolution

  1. 检查 mcp 进程是否在群集上运行

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep

  2. 在群集上启动 mcp 进程

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s isi_mcp

  3. 验证 mcp 流程

    Cluster-2# isi_for_array -s ps -auxww | grep -i mcp | grep -v grep
