Symptoms

  • DD(Data Domain) CLI가 제한된 세션에 있습니다.
  • 사용자가 DDSM에 로그인할 수 없습니다.
    CLI 명령 보고 *** "localhost"에서 관리 서비스에 연결하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다.
  • SMS(System Management Services)가 코어 덤프에 표시되며 실행되고 있지 않습니다.

Cause

평가판 e-라이선스가 만료되었습니다.

Resolution

다음 단계를 수행합니다.

  1. 새로운 영구 또는 평가판 라이선스 파일을 가져옵니다.

  2. /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic의 파일로 교체합니다.

    # mv /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic_orig.
# touch /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic
# vi /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic and paste the new license and save it.

  3. SMS를 다시 시작합니다.

    # se sms restart

  4. 업데이트 e-라이선스를 봅니다.

    # elicense show

    /ddr/etc/license/license.lic에서

    INCREMENT DD_REPLICATION EMCLM 1 permanent uncounted \
         VENDOR_STRING=ENV=INT-PERM; HOSTID=ANY ISSUER=EMC \
         ISSUED=29-Nov-2012 NOTICE="ACTIVATED TO SiteID: 12345678" \
         SIGN="00D7 4498 C02F 4AD5 5EBA 0041 9637 6E00 9D33 2E6B 1705 \
         88E7 52xxxxx"
