Symptoms

RecoverPoint for VMs (RP4VMs)環境では、RPAがリポジトリー ボリュームとジャーナル ボリュームにアクセスできないため、コンシステンシー グループ(CG)がエラー状態になることがあります。

制御/レプリケーション ログで発生する可能性のあるエラー:

ストレージ ログに、現在の時刻より前にログが停止したことが示されています(プロセスが実行されていません)。
 
もう1つの症状は、レプリケーション プロセスの再起動です。
RPAカーネル ログ(抽出された*/files/var/log/kern.log)を示しています Out of memory killing レプリケーション プロセスについて、次を行います。

Cause

メモリ不足のため、RPAプロセスがクラッシュします。RPA VMにすべてのメモリーが予約されていませんでした。

Resolution

対処方法:    
RPAを再起動します。

解像 度：    
すべてのRPAにすべてのゲスト メモリーが予約されていることを確認します。

vSphereでvRPA VMを右クリックし>Edit settings...>[Memory]セクションを展開し>Reserve all guest memory (All locked)を選択して>OKをクリックします。
