Symptoms

RP4VM(RecoverPoint for VM) 환경에서는 RPA가 리포지토리 및 저널 볼륨에 액세스할 수 없기 때문에 CG(Consistency Group)가 오류 상태로 전환될 수 있습니다.

Cause

메모리 부족으로 인해 RPA 프로세스가 충돌합니다. RPA VM에 일부 메모리가 예약되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

해결 방법:    
RPA를 재부팅합니다.

해상도:    
모든 RPA에 예약된 게스트 메모리가 모두 있는지 확인합니다.

vSphere 아래의 vRPA VMEdit > settings...를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다.>메모리 섹션을 > 확장합니다. Reserve all guest memory (All locked)를> 선택하고 OK를 클릭합니다.
