Symptoms

Sanal Makineler için RecoverPoint (RP4VM'ler) ortamlarında RPA'lar Depo ve Günlük birimlerine erişemediğinden Tutarlılık Grupları (CG'ler) hata durumuna geçebilir.

Cause

RPA süreçleri, bellek yetersizliği nedeniyle çöküyor. RPA VM'lerin tüm belleği ayrılmış değildi.

Resolution

Geçici Çözüm:    
RPA'ları yeniden başlatın.

Çözünürlük:    
Tüm RPA'lar için tüm konuk belleğinin ayrıldığını doğrulayın.

VSphere altında, vRPA VM > Edit settings... > öğesine sağ tıklayın Memory> bölümünü genişletin Reserved all guest memory (All locked) öğesini seçin, >OK öğesine tıklayın.
