Symptoms

注：DD3300は、Data Domain (DD) Virtual Edition (DDVE)ソフトウェアの修正バージョンを実行します。

Cause

iDRACでは、ストレージ情報は更新されません。
 
iDRACでは、ストレージ インベントリーを更新し、最新かつ正確なディスク情報を次のユーザーに提供できることが常に期待されてきました。 PTAgent (ESXi上)および vulcanmon (DDOS上)ディスクの取り外しまたは挿入時。
 
iDRACが更新されない場合があり、iDRACを手動でリセットする必要があります。

Resolution

  1. UIを使用して、iDRACをオンラインでリセットします。
  2. BMCリセット(別名「待機ドレイン」)手順に従って、コールド リセット(別名「待機放電」)を実行します。
  3. 関連するアラートがクリアされ、ディスク ハードウェアが想定どおりに表示されていることを確認します。
