Symptoms

참고: DD3300은 DD(Data Domain) DDVE(Virtual Edition) 소프트웨어의 수정된 버전을 실행합니다.

1. 새 디스크 정보가 업데이트되지 않습니다.

Cause

iDRAC는 스토리지 정보를 새로 고치지 않습니다.
 
iDRAC에서는 항상 스토리지 인벤토리를 새로 고치고 올바른 최신 디스크 정보를 PTAgent (ESXi에서) 및 vulcanmon (DDOS)에서 발생한 문제를 해결합니다.
 
경우에 따라 iDRAC이 새로 고쳐지지 않으며 iDRAC를 수동으로 재설정해야 합니다.

Resolution

  1. UI를 사용하여 온라인으로 iDRAC를 재설정합니다.
  2. BMC 재설정(일명 Flea Drain) 절차에 따라 콜드 리셋(일명 "Flea Drink")을 수행합니다.
  3. 관련 알림이 지워지고 디스크 하드웨어가 예상대로 표시되는지 확인하십시오.
