Symptoms

kern.info では、次のエラー ログが見つかりました。

プラットフォームに移動し、上記のエラー ログをgrepして、サポート バンドルを確認することもできます。 

Cause

インテル irdma driver を irdma_wait_pe_ready 関数。BIOSでRDMAが無効になっている場合、この関数は最大15秒間スピン待機を実行します。このスピン待機が長引くと、RCUストールがトリガーされ、一部のCPUがTXおよびRX割り込みを処理するようにスケジュールされなくなる可能性があります。その結果、NICの送受信操作がタイムアウトする場合があります。この問題は、システムの再起動フェーズ中に発生します。

Resolution

DDOS 8.4以降のバージョンにアップグレードします。 

この修正により、スピン待機時間が 15 秒から 1.5 秒に短縮され、問題が解消されます。
