Dell Unity: How To Change "PAX readWriteBlockSize" Parameter for NDMP Backup (User Correctable)

Symptoms

NDMP backup reports following error: 

Specified record size (262144) is bigger than readWriteBlockSize (65536), 
please refer to user document on how to increase param PAX.readWriteBlockSize, 
please refer to user document on how to increase param PAX.readWriteBlockSize.

Cause

Parameter "readWriteBlockSizeInKB" need to get increased.
This parameter is to specify the maximum allowed PAX buffer size for NDMP read/write in kilobytes.

Resolution

PAX buffer size for NDMP readWriteBlockSize needs to get increased.
