Cause

為了使 Power Protect Data Manager 複製加密正常運作，Data Domain 上也必須啟用檔案複製 DD 加密。

Resolution

若要啟用「File Replication DD Encryption」，請按照下列步驟操作：
 
  1. 啟動 Data Domain System Manager。
  2. 展開 通訊協定，選取 DD Boost ，並確定您在「 Settings」標籤上 。
  3. 向下捲動至底部，並展開 進階選項。檢查「 File Replication DD Encryption」 是否已停用。
  4. 若已停用，請捲動至視窗頂端，然後選取 「More Tasks」 下拉式選單，然後選取 「Set Options」。
  5. 檢查 「File Replication DD Encryption」 選項，然後選取 「OK」。
  6. 在 「進階選項 」底下確認 「File Replication DD Encryption」 現已設為「Enabled」。
  7. 開啟 Power Protect Data Manager，擴充 基礎架構\儲存裝置。在 「Protection Storage」卷 標下，選取您的 DD 儲存裝置，然後選取 「探索」 按鈕。
