Symptoms

NetWorker 백업은 CloudBoost 디바이스로 이동하도록 구성됩니다. 쓰기 작업을 수행하는 NetWorker Storage Node에 CONNECTION_DISCONNECTED 오류가 표시됩니다.
 save 스토리지 노드의 프로세스이지만 는 스토리지 노드입니다. nsrmmd 데몬은 다음을 보고합니다.

Cause

  • 이 nsrmmd 스토리지 노드의 데몬이 쓰기 작업에 대한 내부 시간 초과에 도달했습니다.
  • 이 오류는 문제가 관찰된 시점에 CloudBoost 어플라이언스에 많은 수의 요청이 있었고, 이로 추가된 로드로 인해 nsrmmd 시간 초과에 연결합니다.

Resolution

  1. CloudBoost 디바이스에 사용되는 NetWorker Storage Node에서 nsrcbconfig (확장자 없음)을 입력합니다.
  • Linux: /nsr/debug
  • Windows(기본값): C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\debug
  1. 파일에 다음 내용을 추가합니다. 
    curlConnectTimeout=40000
nwTimeoutSecs=600
echoInterval=15000
  2. 파일을 저장합니다.
  3. NetWorker Storage Node에서 NetWorker 서비스를 재시작합니다.
  • Linux: systemctl restart networker
  • Windows(PowerShell): net stop nsrexecd /y ; net start nsrexecd
    • Windows NetWorker Storage Node가 NetWorker Server이기도 한 경우 다음을 실행합니다. net start nsrd
    • Windows NetWorker Storage Node가 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 서버이기도 한 경우 다음을 실행합니다. net start gstd
