Resolution
Verify the issue:
1. Check the status of the power supplies using
cs_hal.
Example:
# cs_hal sensors psu Entity Type Label Status Info ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- Power Supply PSU PS1 Status OK Power Supply PSU PS2 Status OK # cs_hal sensors psu Entity Type Label Status Info ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- Power Supply PSU PS1 Status FAIL failure detected; failure predicted; Power Supply PSU PS2 Status OK
2. The physical state of the cable must be checked. Customers can check, or else a field engineer can be sent to the site. Once cables are then confirmed as secure run the check again from the command on step 1.
