Symptoms

サポート認証情報のパスワードが変更され、開始/末尾に特殊文字が含まれるようになりました。
統合型ESRSの構成に使用されたユーザー名のサポート認証情報パスワードの開始/終了に特殊文字[&、*、$,?,など]が含まれていました。
 
Unity OE(操作環境)バージョン4.x以降の場合。
サポート認定資格とサポート契約を設定できません。

アラート :

無効なDell EMCサポート認証情報を指定した可能性があります。Unisphereの「Settings -> Support Configuration -> Dell EMC Support Credentials」で、またはuemcli '/sys/support/account'コマンドを使用して、このことを確認します。(エラー コード:0x6400b82)

Cause

サポート認証情報には、パスワードの最初/最後に特殊文字(&、*、$,?,など)が含まれています
これは、統合型ESRSの構成に使用されます。
統合型ESRSパスワードの先頭/末尾に特殊文字を使用できません。

Resolution

パスワードがリセットされたら、次の手順に従います。
  1. 新しい認証情報を使用してサポート サイト[support.emc.com]にログインします
  2. Unity Unisphereからサポート認証情報をアップデートする
  3. ESRSの構成を再試行してください。セキュア リモート サービスの要件と構成
