Symptoms
Data Domain 用戶端重複資料刪除比率報告一旦產生便不會包含任何資料，即使已成功執行 Data Domain 處理器工具。
Cause
可使用 dd_scanner 命令是針對 Data Domain 的 IP 位址執行，而非使用 DPA UI 中顯示的主機名稱。
Resolution
執行 dd_scanner 工具在 'Running Data Domain DataProcessor' 部分 'Installation and Administration Guide' 步驟 4 包含以下內容：
若要連線至 Data Domain 並產生輸入檔案以供稍後分析，請執行
其中「username」是具有管理員角色權限的 Data Domain 使用者，以及
> dd_scanner.bat <datadomain_host> <username>
其中「username」是具有管理員角色權限的 Data Domain 使用者，以及
datadomain_host 是 Data Domain 物件的名稱，因為它顯示在 DPA >清查 >物件庫 >儲存裝置標籤中。
