Cause

게스트 OS에서 VMware Tools 서비스를 사용할 수 없거나 응답하지 않습니다.

 

Resolution

타겟 가상 시스템의 전원이 켜져 있고, VMware Tools가 설치되어 있으며, 현재 또는 최신 버전을 실행하고 있는지 확인합니다. 다음은 vSphere Client에 표시되는 방식입니다.
vSphere Client 요약 탭

VMware Tools를 사용할 수 없거나 응답하지 않는 경우 가상 머신 내에서 VMTools 서비스를 재시작합니다.

이 작업은 Windows '서비스' 화면을 통해 수행하거나 Windows 명령줄에서 다음을 실행하여 수행할 수 있습니다.

net stop vmtools
net start vmtools
