Symptoms

Cause
VMware Tools 服務在客體作業系統上無法使用或無回應。
Resolution
確認目標虛擬機器已開啟電源，VMware Tools 已安裝，且執行的是目前版本或最新版本。下面說明這應該如何顯示在 vSphere Client 中。
