Symptoms
Windows 인증에 로컬 시스템 계정 대신 명명된 계정을 사용하도록 구성된 DPA 에이전트를 통해 Microsoft SQL Server에서 수집하려고 시도하는 동안 다음 문제가 발견되었습니다.
- DPA 에이전트가 로그온 실패로 인해 시작할 수 없음 오류와 함께 시작되지 않음
- dpaagent 로그 및 agent\data 폴더 아래의 파일이 업데이트되지 않았습니다.
Cause
DPA 에이전트에 사용된 기명 계정이 필요한 모든 권한으로 구성되지 않았습니다.
Resolution
DPA 에이전트에 사용되는 기명 계정을 올바르게 실행하려면 추가 권한이 필요합니다.
- 명명된 계정에 Logon as Service 권한 부여
- 에이전트 설치 폴더에 대한 권한을 업데이트하여 명명된 계정에 모든 권한 부여
