Dell replaces monitors with an advanced exchange warranty process. When a replacement monitor arrives return the original monitor in the packaging the monitor replacement arrived in. Items that are returned in addition to the monitor vary on the monitor model and configuration.
Replacement displays often arrive with the stand and/or cables and other peripheral items. Replacements may also arrive as a bare monitor.
Any stands, cables, covers, adapters, or other peripherals that are included with the replacement monitor should be returned with the old monitor.
