DISASTER_RECOVERY: 세이브 세트에 대한 NetWorker 패시브 노드 백업 실패

패시브 노드의 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

174424:save: Step (3 of 5) for PID-14480: Creating the snapshot for the selected save sets.
VSS OTHER: ERROR: VSS failed to process snapshot:
176575:save: Unable to save the SYSTEM STATE save sets and create the snapshot.
176571:save: Step (4 of 5) for PID-14480: Unable to complete the backup of the disaster recovery save sets. See the savegrp log to track the closure steps of the backup.
176572:save: Error occurred during the backup of the disaster recovery save sets.

패시브 노드의 시스템 이벤트 뷰어 로그에 다음과 같은 VSS(Volume Shadow Copy Service) 오류가 표시됩니다.

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine GetVolumePathName is fail on the path <>, winerror 0x00000002.. hr = 0x80070002, 
The system cannot find the file specified.

애플리케이션 서비스는 페일오버 후 패시브 노드와 로컬로 연결되지 않은 공유 드라이브에서 실행됩니다.
시스템 작성기는 애플리케이션이 실행 중인 경로를 보고합니다.  VSS(볼륨 섀도 복사본 서비스)에서 서비스가 실행 중인 경로를 찾을 수 없다고 보고합니다.

'list writers detailed'출력을 확인하십시오.
CMD를 admin으로 열고 다음을 실행합니다.

diskshadow /l output.txt
DISKSHADOW> list writers detailed
DISKSHADOW> exit

1. NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에서 패시브 노드의 클라이언트 속성을 엽니다.
2. Apps & Modules 탭에서 Save operations 필드를 편집하여 다음을 포함합니다. 

위의 방법으로도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 아래 단계를 수행하고 지원을 요청하십시오.

문제가 있는 클라이언트에 vsstrace 및 vssagent 바이너리를 복사합니다. 많은 Microsoft VSS 디버그 정보를 수집합니다.

다음을 수행하고 출력을 수집합니다.

1. 클라이언트 "Backup operations" 필드에 다음 구문을 추가합니다. VSS:NSR_SYS_WRITER_WIN32_SERVCOMP_USER=예
2. NMC 클라이언트의 속성에 -D9 -vvvv를 저장하도록 백업 명령을 설정합니다.
3. 문제가 있는 클라이언트의 "save -o VSS:LCV=yes" 출력
4. savefs -p 출력을 표시합니다.
5. 문제가 있는 클라이언트의 LCMAP 출력입니다.
6. 백업을 시작하기 전에 두 개의 서로 다른 cmd를 사용하여 문제가 있는 클라이언트에서 vsstrace 및 vssagent 수집을 시작합니다. - vsstrace -l 255 +f 0xffff -o C:\vss.trace.log
7. NMC에서 백업 시작
8. 백업이 완료될 때까지 기다립니다.
9. "vssagent -gather C:\VSS.xml"의 출력 수집
10. 문제가 있는 클라이언트에서 NSRGET 및 보고서 수집
