Symptoms
在 vSphere 中建立虛擬機器快照失敗，並出現以下錯誤：

狀態：無法存取檔案快照」
嘗試將虛擬機器遷移至其他主機無法解決問題。這會導致 VM 無法重新開啟電源，並報告「資源不足」為錯誤。
對下列事項的審查確認不存在資源問題：
- PowerStore 上的磁碟區大小
- vSphere 中的資料存放區大小
- vSphere HA 設定
- 虛擬機器 CPU 和 RAM
Cause
許多問題都可能導致快照建立失敗，例如檔案鎖定、空間不足等。在這種情況下，無法確定快照建立失敗的根本原因，以及在嘗試遷移後無法重新開啟電源。
Resolution
透過建立同名的新虛擬機器，並將其指向原始 VMDK 檔案，再刪除舊虛擬機器，即可以解決此問題。
