Cause

iDRAC uppdaterar inte sin lagringsinformation.
 
Förväntningen på iDRAC har alltid varit att det ska gå att uppdatera lagringsinventeringen och tillhandahålla den senaste och korrekta diskinformationen till PTAgent (på ESXi) och vulcanmon (på DDOS) när en disk tas bort eller sätts i.
 
Ibland uppdateras inte iDRAC och iDRAC måste återställas manuellt.

Resolution

  1. Återställ iDRAC online med hjälp av användargränssnittet.
  2. Utför en kall återställning (även kallat "loppdränage") enligt BMC-återställningsproceduren (även kallat loppdränage).
  3. Kontrollera och bekräfta att relaterade aviseringar har rensats och att diskmaskinvaran visas som förväntat.
