Monitors Maximum Refresh Rate Limited when Connected to WD19 Dock

Symptoms
You cannot use that full refresh rate of your Dell external monitor in the following circumstances: (For Example: The maximum refresh rate is 100 Hz or more.)
The external monitor connects to a laptop through a WD19 docking station and maxes out at 75 Hz. Anything beyond this produces a black screen on the external monitor.
Cause
This is a limitation of the bandwidth available on the dock and is not due to change on these docks.
Resolution
The WD19 Docking series of docks have a maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz and can only display this at a maximum resolution of 1280x1024.
Note: This is how these docks were designed to work and they are working as expected in these conditions. This is the expected behavior in this situation.
