VxRail: Upgrade Fails With Error "Error performing search for VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance"

During an out of family upgrade with an internal vCenter, upgrade fails after creating and migrating data to the new vCenter with error"

vCenter .ova file is missing from the upgrade bundles folder on the vSAN datastore.
Resolution
Manually upload the vCenter .ova file from an offline bundle to the upgrade bundle folder in the vSAN datastore.
Steps to do so:
- Access a host UI
- Go to storage->vSAN datastore->click 'datastore browser' button
- Locate the folder
UUID(you can go to a host CLI under/vmfs/volume/vsanand find the folder name/UUID with 'ls -l' command) - Click upload and choose the .ova file
- Once the file is uploaded, you can retry the upgrade (no need to cancel and start over)
