Symptoms

从 Meditech Proxy 计算机或 Meditech Web UI 上的 Windows 命令行开始恢复时，会收到相同的错误： 
nsrmedirc: \\.\PHYSICALDRIVExx: file exists, overwriting
nsrmedirc: Cannot write to file '\\.\PHYSICALDRIVExx' : Access is denied. (win32 error 0x5)
nsrmedirc: Encountered an error recovering \\.\PHYSICALDRIVExx

Cause

映射到 Meditech 代理计算机以进行恢复的存储阵列中的目标 LUN 或磁盘上有一些数据，导致恢复失败和拒绝访问错误。

Resolution

新 LUN 或磁盘必须是 RAW 磁盘，并且其上不应有文件系统。有关恢复要求，请参阅 NetWorker Module for Meditech Installation and Administration Guide （NetWorker Module for Meditech 安装和管理指南） 。
