Dell Unity: Connectiviteitsservices (voorheen SupportAssist) zijn mislukt tijdens healthcheck

Summary: Er is een onverwachte fout opgetreden bij het uitvoeren van healthchecks. Na een upgrade naar UnityOS 5.5.2 of 5.5.3 is Unity Connectivity Services mislukt.

Symptoms

Cause

Dit probleem is vastgesteld na upgrades naar zowel UnityOS 5.5.2 als 5.5.3.

 

Het vastgestelde hoofdoorzaakpatroon voor /hostmnt Vol zijn is als volgt:

  1. Tijdens of gerelateerd aan een upgrade kan een SQLite Database-upgrade mislukt.
  2. De ESE container's /dev/loop0 bestandssysteem vult (100% bij /opt/ese/var).
  3. De database-upgrade loopt vast bij het toepassen van "sql upgrade 52".
  4. De ESE Container kan niet worden gestart omdat er onvoldoende schijfruimte is.
  5. SupportAssist Configuratie mislukt met fout 0x6400c1f.

Resolution

 

  1. Bepaal of u foutcode 0x6000cbb of foutcode 0x6400c1f ontvangt door het tabblad 'Meldingen' in Unisphere te controleren of door een healthcheck uit te voeren:

  2. Als uw foutcode een van deze is , neem dan contact op met Dell Support om het probleem uit te voeren fix_db_ese Actieplan.
