Quando si implementa un Dell Trusted Device tramite Microsoft Configuration Manager e si utilizza un tipo di deployment di Windows Installer (file .msi), l'installazione non riesce con l'errore 1603.

Il registro di installazione mostra:

-- MSI LOGGING -- Existing Product Version: , Minimum Product Version to check against: 2.7.99.0
-- MSI LOGGING -- Exception ModifyTDLocallyCachedMsi: Version string portion was too short or too long.
