Symptoms
所有 Solutions Enabler （symcli） 命令返回错误”The requested feature is not supported for this microcode or SYMAPI version“（在 PowerMaxOS 升级到 10.2 或 10.3 后）。
Cause
独立的 Solutions Enabler 版本与阵列中运行的 PowerMaxOS 版本不兼容。
- 使用 PowerMaxOS 10.2 管理系统需要 Solutions Enabler（SE） 版本 10.2
- 使用 PowerMaxOS 10.3 管理系统需要 Solutions Enabler（SE） 版本 10.3
Resolution
要检查 Solutions Enabler 版本，请从主机运行以下命令：
symcli

SYMAPI 数据库访问不向前兼容，因为 SYMAPI 库无法访问较新版本的 SYMAPI 应用程序创建的数据库。例如，如果本地库的版本与本地 SYMAPI 数据库的版本不同步（作为来自尝试访问 v10.3 数据库的 SYMAPI 客户端的 v8.0 SYMAPI 库调用），则返回错误”SYMAPI_C_DB_FILE_TOO_NEW.“
