NetWorker: nsrazure_discovery fails with "there is no JSON stored in NSR Azure subscription environment" HTTP 503

Symptoms
The NetWorker Azure Discovery process fails for one or more Azure subscriptions.
The nsrazure_discovery command returns the following:
Syntax: nsrazure_discovery -D5 -s <NETWORKER_SERVER_NAME> -n <SUBSCRIPTION_NAME> -L
NSR:/nsr/logs/azure_subscription # nsrazure_discovery -D5 -s NSR.DOMAIN.LOCAL -n MyAzureSubscription -L nsrazure_discovery starting on host NSR.DOMAIN.LOCAL. MM/DD/YY HH:mm:SS nsrazure_discovery-D5 lg_getnameinfo(): Entry in getnameinfo_cache not found... 207855:nsrazure_discovery: nsrazure_discovery exiting as there is no JSON stored in NSR Azure subscription environment attribute. MM/DD/YY HH:mm:SS nsrazure_discovery-D5 Status code 5 nsrazure_discovery exiting successfully.
The azure_subscritpion log contains the following error:
- Linux: /nsr/logs/azure_subscription/<SUBSCRIPTION_NAME_TIMESTAMP>.log
- Windows: <INSTALL_DRIVE>:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\azure_subscription\<SUBSCRIPTION_NAME_TIMESTAMP>.log

Cause
This issue appears in large Azure subscriptions. A REST Application Programming Interface (API) GET request to the Azure subscription lists resources in JSON format; however, the response ends with "nextLink" indicating that it was paginated.
Impacted NetWorker releases:
- 19.11.x
- 19.12.0.0 -> 19.12.0.2
- 19.13.0.0
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following NetWorker releases:
- 19.13.0.1
- 12.12.0.3
