Symptoms

在 NetWorker Azure 虚拟机备份的策略日志中观察到以下错误：

Cause

NetWorker 服务器的并行度太低。

服务器并行度属性控制服务器同时接受的存储流数量。服务器可以接受的存储流越多，设备和客户端磁盘的运行速度就越快。客户端磁盘可以在其性能极限或它们之间的连接极限运行。服务器并行度不用于控制备份作业的启动，而是用作备份服务器接受的会话的最终限制。服务器并行度值应尽可能高，同时不使备份服务器本身过载。

Resolution

增加 NetWorker 服务器的并行度设置。戴尔支持网站上的《NetWorker 性能优化和规划指南》中详细介绍了服务器并行度。

  1. 在 NetWorker 服务器上打开 管理员 命令提示符或 root shell。
  2. 运行命令 nsradmin。
  3. 在 nsradmin 提示符，输入 show parallelism。
  4. 在 nsradmin 提示符，输入 print type: nsr
此时将显示 NetWorker 服务器的并行度设置。
  1. 要增加并行度，请输入 update parallelism: new_value

默认服务器并行度为 32，但可以增加到 1024。这些值使用二进制级数，例如 32、64、128、256、512、1024。


提醒：如果您在数据区中计划超过 50 个并发克隆工作流，请确保将服务器并行度值配置为 1024。这是为了避免克隆作保留的流不足。
 
  1. 系统会提示您确认更改，请输入 y 或 yes。
  2. 输入 q 或 quit 要退出，请执行以下作： nsradmin。
