Cause

英特尔处理器存在问题 irdma 中的驱动程序 irdma_wait_pe_ready 功能来实现。在 BIOS 中禁用 RDMA 时，该功能会执行长达 15 秒的旋转等待。这种长时间的旋转等待可能会触发 RCU 停转，从而阻止某些 CPU 被安排来处理 TX 和 RX 中断。因此，NIC 发送和接收操作可能会超时。此问题发生在系统重新启动阶段。

Resolution

升级到 DDOS 8.4 或更高版本。 

修复将旋转等待持续时间从 15 秒减少到 1.5 秒，从而消除了该问题。
