Symptoms

当备份级别设置为增量或仅日志时，NetWorker SQL 数据库备份被迫完整运行。

警告 nsrsqlsv 日志：

(pid7004) NSR critical 39 Failed to find matching recover object. 
(pid7004) NSR info 75 No full backupset was found for "database name"
Backup level forced to database full 

Cause

NetWorker 服务器上不会生成客户端的索引。NetWorker 服务器的守护程序日志中的消息：

File_index notice Notice: the index header for client is currently unavailable

Resolution

运行命令： 
'nsrck -L6 client name'
接下来运行命令：  
nsrinfo -n mssql clientname
通过运行以下命令确认正在列出存储集： 
nsrck -L6
第一次备份将运行完整备份，并且连续备份是增量备份或仅在正确计划时记录。

Additional Information

确保同时选中以下内容：

  1. 数据库模型已满。
  2. 存在以前的数据库完整备份。
  3. 上次使用 NMM 对数据库执行了备份。
  4. 未检测到日志间隙。
