Symptoms

  • Data Domain 並未將警示報告為磁碟故障，因為它處於可預測的故障狀態，且尚未失敗。
  • DD 上的 BIOS 記錄或 TSR 上的 Lifecycle 記錄會顯示下列可預測的磁碟機故障錯誤。

Resolution

  • 擷取 TSR 偵錯記錄，以判斷磁碟機在擴充儲存櫃上的位置。
  • 對於此特定範例，它位於擴展ES40托架的插槽13上。有關更多資訊，請參見下圖。

  • 執行命令「storage remove force 2.14“，以啟動磁碟重建
