Symptoms
- Data Domainは予測エラー状態にあり、まだ障害が発生していないため、アラートはディスク障害として報告されません。
- DDのBIOSログまたはTSRのライフサイクル ログに、次の予測ドライブ障害エラーが表示されます。
"Predictive failure reported for Disk.Bay.13:Enclosure.Modular.0:NonRAID.Slot.3-1. Part Number ="

Resolution
- TSRデバッグ ログを収集して、拡張シェルフ上のドライブの場所を特定します。
- この例では、拡張ES40シェルフのスロット13にあります。詳細については、次の図を参照してください。
- コマンド「
storage remove force 2.14次の例に示すように」を使用して、ディスクの再構築を開始します
- 混在IPディスパッチ プロセスを使用してディスク2.14を交換します。- QIツールを使用してシステムのサービス タグを入力し、ドライブのパーツ ナンバーを確認します。社内専用 - Quality Intelligence (dell.com)
- ディスクを交換したら、コマンド「
storage add force 2.14次の例に示すように」をクリックして、ディスクをアレイに追加します。
