Cause

Det oppsto en skrivefeil og standard nettverksinnstillinger under den første implementeringen. Post-konfigurasjonen for standardnettverket har validering for DNS-serveroppføringene, men den første distribusjonen utfører ikke en validering. Valideringen mislykkes på skrivefeilen og tillater ikke at innstillingene endres.

Resolution

DNS-serverne kan oppdateres ved hjelp av PowerProtect /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json konfigurasjonsfil. Kontroller at det ikke kjøres sikkerhetskopier eller gjenopprettingsjobber i miljøet, da det krever omstart av PowerProtect Appliance for å ta i bruk endringene.

  • Kontroller at det ikke er noen aktive sikkerhetskopierings- eller gjenopprettingsøkter.
  • Åpne en SSH-økt i PowerProtect Data Manager, og godkjenn med administratorkontoen.
  • Bekreft gjeldende innstillinger for common.json Konfigurasjonsfil: cat /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json
  • Åpne ikonet common.json konfigurasjonsfilen og redigere dnsServers Verdier: vi /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json

Kommandoutgang 

  • Bekreft gjeldende innstillinger for common.json Konfigurasjonsfil: cat /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json
  • Start PowerProtect-verktøyet på nytt: sudo reboot
  • Tillat at PowerProtect-verktøyet initialiseres fullstendig
  • Bekreft at standard nettverksinnstillinger ble riktig oppdatert.
