Cause

Avagent (Backup-Agent)-Services werden weiterhin mit dem lokalen SYSTEM-Konto konfiguriert, das nicht über die erforderlichen Berechtigungen zum Ausführen von Exchange PowerShell-Befehlen verfügt.

Alle VSS-Plug-in-Installationen (Exchange Volume Shadow Copy Service) erfordern eine Avamarbackupuser oder ein ähnliches privilegiertes Konto für Exchange-Backup- und -Wiederherstellungszwecke.

Resolution

Konfigurieren von Backup-Agent-Services auf allen Exchange DAG-Nodes mit Avamarbackupuser oder ein ähnliches privilegiertes Konto.

Das Avamarbackupuser Das Konto erfordert die folgenden Berechtigungen und Sicherheitsgruppen (ab Exchange 2010, 2013 und 2016 – Avamar 7.1 SP1 oder höher):
  • Avamar-Rollen
  • Vertrauenswürdiges Exchange-Subsystem
  • Domänennutzer
  • Exchange-Server

Für einige AD-Umgebungen, die über- und untergeordnete Domänen enthalten, ist möglicherweise auch die AD-Gruppenorganisationsverwaltung erforderlich.

Starten Sie das Avamar Exchange Backup User Configuration Tool, um die Avamarbackupuser Konto nach der Plug-in-Installation oder erstellen Sie das Konto manuell, wie im Abschnitt zur Installation im Dokument Avamar Exchange VSS – Benutzerhandbuch beschrieben.
