Cause

Avagent I servizi (Backup Agent) sono ancora configurati con l'account SYSTEM locale, che non dispone delle autorizzazioni necessarie per eseguire i comandi Exchange PowerShell.

Tutte le installazioni del plug-in del Servizio Copia Shadow del volume (VSS) di Exchange richiedono un Avamarbackupuser o un account con privilegi simile per scopi di backup e ripristino di Exchange.

Resolution

Configurazione dei servizi Backup Agent su tutti i nodi Exchange DAG con Avamarbackupuser o un account privilegiato analogo.

Le Avamarbackupuser L'account richiede le seguenti autorizzazioni e gruppi di sicurezza (a partire da Exchange 2010, 2013 e 2016 - Avamar 7.1 SP1 o versioni successive):
  • Ruoli Avamar
  • Sottosistema Exchange affidabile
  • Utenti di dominio
  • Server Exchange

Alcuni ambienti AD che contengono domini padre e figlio potrebbero richiedere anche la gestione dell'organizzazione del gruppo AD.

Avviare Avamar Exchange Backup User Configuration Tool per configurare Avamarbackupuser dopo l'installazione del plug-in o creare l'account manualmente come descritto nella sezione Installazione del documento Guida utente di Avamar Exchange VSS.

Additional Information

Nota: Il gruppo di ruoli AD Avamar Roles viene creato automaticamente quando si utilizza lo strumento Backup User Configuration per creare ed eseguire il provisioning di Avamarbackupuser conto. Può anche essere creato manualmente utilizzando la sintassi seguente in Exchange Management Shell: 
New-RoleGroup -Name "Avamar Roles" -Roles 'Database Copies', 'Databases', 'Mail Recipient Creation', 'Mail Recipients', 'View-Only Configuration', 'View-Only Recipients', 'Disaster Recovery'
