Cause

Avagent Службы (агент резервного копирования) по-прежнему настроены с использованием локальной учетной записи SYSTEM, которая не имеет необходимых разрешений для выполнения команд Exchange PowerShell.

Для установки всех подключаемых модулей службы VSS (Exchange Volume Shadow Copy Service) требуется Avamarbackupuser или аналогичную привилегированную учетную запись для целей резервного копирования и восстановления Exchange.

Resolution

Настройте службы агента резервного копирования на всех узлах Exchange DAG с помощью Avamarbackupuser или аналогичную привилегированную учетную запись.

Тем Avamarbackupuser Для учетной записи требуются следующие разрешения и группы безопасности (в Exchange 2010, 2013 и 2016 — Avamar 7.1 SP1 или более поздней версии):
  • Роли Avamar
  • Доверенная подсистема Exchange
  • Пользователи домена
  • Серверы Exchange

В некоторых средах AD, содержащих родительские и дочерние домены, также может потребоваться управление организацией групп AD.

Запустите инструмент Avamar Exchange Backup User Configuration Tool, чтобы настроить Avamarbackupuser после установки подключаемого модуля или создайте учетную запись вручную, как описано в разделе «Установка» документа Руководство пользователя Avamar Exchange VSS.
