Cause

Avagent （備份代理程式） 服務仍設定為本機 SYSTEM 帳戶，該帳戶沒有必要權限來執行 Exchange PowerShell 命令。

所有 Exchange 卷影複製服務 （VSS） 外掛程式安裝都需要 Avamarbackupuser 或用於 Exchange 備份和還原目的的類似特權帳戶。

Resolution

在所有 Exchange DAG 節點上設定備份代理程式服務 Avamarbackupuser 或類似的特權帳戶。

這 Avamarbackupuser 帳戶需要以下許可權和安全組（自 Exchange 2010、2013 和 2016 - Avamar 7.1 SP1 或更高版本起）：
  • Avamar 角色
  • Exchange 受信任子系統
  • 網域使用者
  • Exchange 伺服器

某些包含父域和子域的AD環境可能還需要AD組組織管理。
