Cause

Avagent （备份代理）服务仍使用本地 SYSTEM 帐户进行配置，该帐户没有运行 Exchange PowerShell 命令的必要权限。

所有 Exchange 卷影拷贝服务 （VSS） 插件安装都需要 Avamarbackupuser 或用于 Exchange 备份和还原目的的类似特权帐户。

Resolution

使用 在所有 Exchange DAG 节点上配置备份代理服务 Avamarbackupuser 或类似的特权帐户。

这 Avamarbackupuser 帐户需要以下权限和安全组（从 Exchange 2010、2013 和 2016 开始 - Avamar 7.1 SP1 或更高版本）：
  • Avamar 角色
  • Exchange 受信任子系统
  • 域用户
  • Exchange Server

某些包含父域和子域的 AD 环境可能还需要 AD 组组织管理。
