Cause

Avagent (バックアップ エージェント)サービスは、Exchange PowerShellコマンドを実行するために必要な権限を持たないローカルSYSTEMアカウントで構成されたままです。

すべてのExchangeボリューム シャドウ コピー サービス(VSS)プラグインのインストールには、 Avamarbackupuser またはExchangeのバックアップとリストアを目的とした同様の特権アカウント。

Resolution

を使用して、すべてのExchange DAGノードでバックアップ エージェント サービスを構成します。 Avamarbackupuser または同様の特権アカウントが必要です

ザ Avamarbackupuser アカウントには、次の権限とセキュリティ グループが必要です(Exchange 2010、2013、2016時点 - Avamar 7.1 SP1以降)。
  • Avamarロール
  • Exchange の信頼されたサブシステム
  • ドメイン ユーザー
  • Exchange Server

親ドメインと子ドメインを含む一部のAD環境では、ADグループ組織管理も必要になる場合があります

Avamar Exchange Backup User Configuration Toolを起動して、 Avamarbackupuser プラグインのインストール後にアカウントを作成するか、Avamar Exchange VSSユーザー ガイド ドキュメントのインストール部分の説明に従ってアカウントを手動で作成します。
