Symptoms
Dit probleem doet zich voor bij nieuwe installaties van Email Management 7.2.5.x of na een upgrade naar deze versie. Bij het configureren van een nieuwe archiefmap stelt de wizard voor de configuratie van de ElasticSearch-connector het actieve knooppunt in op basis van het IP-adres in plaats van de hostnaam te gebruiken. Dit is waar, ook al is de hostnaam opgegeven bij het configureren van de connector.
Als het IP-adres van het actieve ElasticSearch-knooppunt moet worden gewijzigd, neem dan contact op met SourceOne Support om de ElasticSearch-configuratie in de archiefdatabase te wijzigen.
Cause
De methode voor het verkrijgen van de instellingen voor het actieve knooppunt van ElasticSearch is gewijzigd in 7.2.5.x.
Resolution
Werken zoals ontworpen.
