Symptoms

Ongelma ilmenee, kun useita AppSync-komentoriviliittymän kirjautumisia yritetään samanaikaisesti. Ongelma on erittäin ajoittainen.
 

Käyttäjä käyttää AppSync-komentoriviliittymää suorittaakseen palvelusuunnitelman, antaakseen luettelon kaikista kopioista ja lisätäkseen kopion tai poistaakseen sen käytöstä, mutta se epäonnistuu ajoittain.

Cause

AppSync-katkaisin on suunniteltu keräämään luettelo käyttäjälle määritetyistä rooleista, kun se on todennettu.

AppSync-palvelin kerää roolitiedot todennuksen jälkeen ja kirjoittaa ne avainruutuun (tiedosto muistuttaa tiedostoa) noutaakseen ne myöhemmin.
Kun AppSync-palvelin hakee tallennetut tiedot, ne poistetaan. Jos kuitenkin useita kirjautumisia yritettiin samanaikaisesti, yksi istunto poistaa tiedot, ennen kuin toinen istunto noutaa ne. 

Yksinkertaisesti sanottuna tämä on samanaikaisuusongelma, joka johtuu useista kirjautumisista (useammasta kuin yhdestä) samanaikaisesti

Resolution

Workaround:
Tähän ongelmaan on olemassa ratkaisu, mutta se vaatii EMC:n asiakastuen apua.
